Galwaykart Shipping Policy
** Galway ships throughout India except for few pin code which are non-serviceable as per our logistic partners. You can check the serviceability of your area at the time of selecting your product. Also, during the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if it comes under serviceable area.
** You can get your tracking details by calling us on our customer care number 01149149400. We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once the order is dispatched it takes 7-8 business days for the same to get delivered.
** Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue items in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.
** In case the order is less than Rs 4000, then shipping charge of Rs 75 will be levied. Whereas, if the order is above Rs 4000, there will be no shipping charge.
** You can check the serviceability of your area pin code at the time of selecting your product. Also, during the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if it comes under serviceable area.
Galwaykart Cancellation Policy
** The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
Galwaykart Refund and Exchange Policy
Galwaykart has a smooth refund and exchange policy.
Refund Policy- There are two scenarios of refund:
First purchase refund:
** If the purchase dates are from 1-20 of the calendar month, then you can return the product within 30 days from the date of order purchased and get full refund amount. However, your ID will get terminated.
** If the purchased dates are from 21st to last day of the calendar month, then you have to return the product by 20th of next month. After that you will get full refund amount. However, your ID will get terminated.
** If you have purchased the order and you wish to return it after 31 days, then you will get 70 percent of refund amount excluding shipping charge.
** The maximum time frame to return the product is 182 days from the date of purchasing the order. This policy is known as Buy Back Policy. However, your ID will get terminated.
** Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
Re purchase refund :
** If you wish to get refund of your re purchased order, then your ID will get terminated. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
** In case you receive the order with any outer damage or re pack please reject the same at the time of delivery. Once you reject the order you can notify us by sending an email at support[AT]galwaykart.com by attaching the image or call us on our customer care number 01149149400.

What is the maximum time to register a complaint?
You need to register a complaint to the Galwaykart Customer Care within 2 working days of order delivery.
What is the Galwaykart Complaint System?
** We have launched a new feature for our distributors who want to register their complaint. To register a complaint, distributor need to login through their App or website where they can raise complaint.
** If any distributor face issue while uploading video, then can share his/her complaint by uploading video on Support[AT]Galwaykart.com
Why is my order Return to Origin (RTO)?
There are several reasons why order gets RTO. Below are some of the most common reasons:
** Wrong /Incomplete Address and Customer care /Delivery Boy unable to contact customer.
** Not receiving Delivery Executive Calls even after calling multiple times.
** Delivery attempted Multiple Times but Home/Premises Locked.
** Asking the delivery executive to deliver the order on some other day for multiple times.
** Customer is asking for Delivery on a new Address and that address is not in the same pin code.
** Customer provides Delivery address of Franchisee and Franchisee do not accept it and the packet is returned.
How to track my order?
** For this, you must first open your Galwaykart app. Then you have to login with your registered email ID or mobile number.
** After login, you have to go to your ‘Orders’ tab and click.
** Click on the link for the order you want to track here.
** In this page, you can see the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you can also see it is tracking details on the same page. You can see this information directly in courier company website by clicking on the tracking details.
** The tracking number will be generated as soon as the order ships. Then you can track the status of your order on the Galwaykart app and the courier company page.
What are the modes of payment?
Pre-Paid: You can choose the different options for online payment- Pre-paid and Paytm, which includes Credit/Debit card, Net banking, Wallets.
Cash on Delivery: This Option is not available.
When will my product be delivered?
It takes 7-10 working days for the product to be delivered. However, in remote areas it might take 15-18 days.
What if my amount is deducted from bank account and order is not placed?
In this case, you have three option to know about its status.
