Big C Mobiles Shipping Policy

Big C Mobiles (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (bigcmobiles.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General :
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs :
** Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.
** This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms :
A) Transit Time Domestically :
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
B) Dispatch Time :
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
C) Change of delivery address :
For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
D) P.O. Box Shipping :
Big C Mobiles ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
E) Military Address Shipping :
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
F) Items Out Of Stock :
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
G) Delivery Time Exceeded :
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications :
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit :
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Big C Mobiles Replacement Policy

Within how many days the customer service team will resolve the issue after looking into the customer issue (Quality-related problem)?
Since the product normally gets verified and delivered by the Big C Mobiles quality and logistic team 99.99% of the product will be in condition and genuine.

Conditions Apply:
** If there is a manufacturing defect, you have to visit authorized customer support centres, as it is under a manufacturing warranty for one year.
** If there is physical damage while delivering the product, the product will be replaced by Big C Mobiles within 24 Hrs. of the delivery by prior intimation to our customer care department with pictures and proper evidence.

Big C Mobiles Cancellation Policy

** Big C believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.
** If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the cancellation process. Here are the terms and conditions for such cases – If you want to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing an order.

** There is no cancellation on orders placed under the “Same day Delivery” option and within 90 minutes express delivery within a radius of 10km category. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectation, you must bring it to the notice of Big C customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Big C Customer Service team will take appropriate action after looking into your complaint.

** Big C has all rights to cancel the order at any time.

** If you want to cancel the order after placing the order, you need to speak to customer care and make a request to cancel the order. After the order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded to the debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment).In this case, BigC Mobiles is charged a cancellation fee in addition to related taxes based on transaction/bank.

** In the case of HDFC & SBI bank, they follow a pre-cashback model for Brand EMI, where the benefit of the interest subvention is given to the customer during the transaction. Hence in case of refunds for these two banks, the interest subvention still needs to be passed on to the banks, as per the Bank’s policy. In case of a refunded transaction, the amount will need to be borne by the respective LFRs.

Big C Mobiles Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase on our website. We hope you are happy with your online purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any genuine reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns :
All returns must be postmarked within one (1) day of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Terms and Conditions:
** All Products shall be covered by a standard product warranty by the manufacturer.
** If the product is defective/malfunctions, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We shall direct you to the authorized service centre of the manufacturer for further investigation/repair/replacement.
** Goods once sold cannot be either exchanged or taken back in open/used condition.

Refunds :
