How do I cancel my subscription?
A customer can cancel the subscription in 3 ways:
1.Request on the App – Using the Livpure Smart App, ‘Raise a request’ and following that choose ‘Cancel Subscription’.
2.Call to cancel – Call our customer care service at 8800762226 to cancel your subscription.
3.Write to us- Write to us at care[AT]livpuresmart.com for any support related to services.

What happens when I cancel the subscription before it expires?

To initiate a cancellation, we kindly ask you to raise the request at least 7 days before your next recharge due date. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the lock-in period concludes, please note that the security deposit will not be refunded.

What happens when I cancel the subscription before the free trial ends?

In case a customer decides to cancel the subscription before the free trial ends, the plan value and security deposit will be returned to the source account(Terms and conditions applied).

When will I get my security deposit back after canceling the subscription?

Once the customer cancels the subscription, our team will recover the machine. After the product clears the Q.C process, the security deposit amount will be refunded, amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days.

What if there is a fault in the machine after purchase?

If you received a damaged/non working product at the time of the delivery, then the product will be replaced by the company.

What is the TAT to get a refund?
In case of refund, we process the same within 24-48 hours, however, it takes a maximum of 5-7 business days to reflect on the original payment source.

What are the various payment modes available on your platform?

We accept all major Visa and Master Credit and Debit Cards. You can always choose to pay through UPI (Google Pay / Paytm) or Net Banking services. Furthermore, there are options available for the customers to pay through different wallets like Phone pay, Amazon pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, and Jio Money.

Can I make payment via Cheque?

For now we do not accept cheques as a mode of payment however we accept all major Visa and Master Credit and Debit Cards. We care about our customers and considering the covid situations we do not encourage cash payments. Online payments are less time-consuming, user-friendly, and ensure no contact while payment.

In which account will I get my security amount?
The security amount will be refunded to the same payment source through which you’ve paid initially. In case the same mode of payment is not available/blocked/closed, customers may write us at care[AT]livpuresmart.com along with new payment source details.

Will I get any payment confirmation?
Yes, customers will receive payment confirmation messages on the registered number once the payment is received successfully.

Is it necessary to deposit a security amount?
We offer state-of-the-art machines with a sleek design, featuring an advanced 6-stage water purification system. These machines typically retail for 15-25K INR in the market. With our subscription, we provide delivery, installation, and full maintenance support throughout your subscription period. To ensure our services run smoothly, a minimal security deposit is required, which is 100% refundable when you choose to discontinue the services after 3 months or more of use.
