Greymode Shipping Policy
Shipping within India :
** Our most orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order depending upon the order size and product.
** We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days.
** In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
International Shipping :
** We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, SriLanka, France, USA, Canada, Australia, UK and UAE.

** The normal shipping time for the international shipping is 12-14 days.

Greymode Returns & Replacements Policy
Returns :
** Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
** For international orders, Unfortunately we are unable to take any returns at this time.
Cancellations :
** You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by emailing us at support[AT]greymode.in or whatsapp [AT] +919087723533. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
** In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Refunds : (if applicable)
** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds : (if applicable)
** If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
** Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
** Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
