How do I return an online purchase?

Am I able to return an online purchase in-store?
Yes. Depending on the reason, you may return for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service here and include the following details in your inquiry: Order Number, Name of the Item, Reason for return, and Item Photo. For more information, please refer our return and cancellation policy (Section 3.3)
Am I able to return an in-store purchase online?
Unfortunately, all in-store purchases will need to be returned in-store. We apologise for the inconvenience caused!
Am I able to return an item bought from Sephora in another country?
All returns for international purchases are currently not available.

Shopping with Sephora India is easy
1. Log on to Sephora.in
2. To add items to your cart, click on ‘Add to Bag’ with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the ‘Bag’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Select from the various coupon codes or if you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully selected / entered the code.
When you’re ready to place your order:
5. Click on ‘Checkout’.
6. If you have not already logged in or verified your mobile number, you will be prompted to do so. Follow the instructions.
7. Once you have verified your mobile number, fill in your preferred Shipping Address (don’t forget to save that address for future convenience).
8. Select your desired Payment Option and then click on ‘Pay xxxxx’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

My order is Preparing to ship/ In Transit, what does that mean?
Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left Sephora’s warehouse! At this stage, you’ll receive an email update from us that will contain a Tracking Link and Number for your parcel. Please give about 24 hours for your tracking link to be live.
What if my payment has failed?
