** We provide free Shipping on all orders, COD (Cash on delivery) charges Rs. 40 will be charged on all COD orders.

Cancellation & Returns Policy Of Veirdo:
Cancellations:
To cancel the order please logging to Veirdo account and click on orders tab and select the “Cancel Orders” option to cancel it. After the order is shipped status you cannot make any changes.
Returns / Replacements:
Items purchased from Veirdo are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Free Exchanges :
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.
Easy Returns:
For Prepaid Orders – The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
For Cash on Delivery Orders – The amount is refunded as Veirdo Gift card which you can use for your future orders.
Exchange For Something Else?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you as gift card
Procedure:
** You can either request a replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly whatsapp on +916352449482 along with a genuine reason for the return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photos or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.
** Please note that the Veirdo exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges outside of India. In the unlikely event that a product requires a repair within the warranty period, please contact us at support@veirdo.in. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India..
PLEASE KINDLY MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE UNBOXING VIDEO WHENEVER THE ORDER GETS DELIVERED (It helps in case of any discrepancy like Item Lost Or Duplicate Product Received or Wrong Product Received or Issue Related to Product). Refund in such cases are only possible if the Unboxing Video at the parcel delivered is available.
