Door Step Sampark Services Delivery

** The Door Step Service Delivery is available to the applicants from 8:30AM to 7:30PM all days of the week
** In order to process the Door Step Service Delivery request, the applicant will submit details like- Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number, Email id, address, landmark, name of service, number of services & transactions. etc
** The applicant can choose a preferred time-slot from the available time slots (8:30AM to 10AM, 10AM to 12noon, 12noon to 2PM, 2PM to 4PM, 4PM to 6PM and 6PM to 7:30PM)
** The appointment booking can be done minimum 2 days in advance and maximum up to 90 days in advance all days of the week
** The applicant can cancel the scheduled appointment upto one day prior to the date of appointment
** The applicant can request additional service to Sampark Mitra on arrival
** The applicant can view/download the service application form along with the list of supporting documents for the selected service
** The applicant will have the choice to prefill the application form and keep a copy of the supporting documents ready before the scheduled date of appointment in order to expedite the process
** Upon successful submission of the request, a service request id is generated. Applicant would get a confirmation SMS with the scheduled appointment details
** Applicant to receive the name and contact number of Sampark Mitra prior from the service delivery timeslot
** Applicant to get a confirmation call from the Sampark Mitra on the scheduled date of visit
** For availing the services at door step, citizen has to pay Rs 200/- (inclusive of taxes) per service transaction and Rs 100/- (inclusive of taxes) for every subsequent service transaction (excluding other charges/fees).

Ans: You have to log out and log in again.

4. After online payment of water/electricity bill confirmation message from Payu is received but receipt is not generated?
Ans: Due to slow connectivity or technical snag this problem may arise but confirmation message would be sent to the registered mobile number within 24 hrs and printout of receipt may be obtained by opening duplicate receipt link available on www.sampark.chdnic.in. and enter receipt number received in confirmation SMS. Receipt will be in PDF format of max 600 kb.

5. How to check online duplicate water/electricity receipt?

Ans: You can generate duplicate receipt by using duplicate receipt link at https://sampark.chd.nic.in/Epayment/index.aspx . Receipt will be in PDF format of max 600 kb.

7. How to calculate property tax of plot area & covered area?
Ans: Property tax is calculated automatically once customer enter details of area. Customer can also download & use m-sampark app available at android play store to check property tax calculation.

8. After online payment of Property tax receipt is not generated?

9. Water/electricity bill paid at Sampark center by cash but on login at www.sampark.chd.nic.in the same bill is shown outstanding?
Ans: The software has been updated and problem is resolved.

10. In case customer has not received hard copy of bill from department can the bill amount be confirmed from customer’s online account?
Ans: On entering the account number details would be shown.

11. In case the Customer has no hard copy of water/electricity bills how to make the online account for payment of water/electricity bills?
Ans: Without details of your electricity/water bill account number online payment account can’t be created.
