Shipping Policy :
** The shipping charge is specified separately for every product.
** For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
** Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product.
** Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
** Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
** There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
** Any Octroi payment is payable by the customer to courier company if requested by them.
** Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
** Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
** Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
** As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order,
** we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
** While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.
** While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods,

** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
** Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

International Delivery :
Available AT $24 per shipment of 1 Kg to any country. ( $ is Approximate value ). Delivery may take 2-3 Weeks from date of order.
In case of any dispute on Internationsl order,
1. Shipment shall be return by the buyer to origin destination using thier own shipping.
2. As the Case arises, Craftfurnish may refund only product value.
3. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
