1. When will my order arrive?
It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for your order to get delivered, however due to the current spread of Covid-19, and as per government guidelines, there will be certain delays in order fulfilment in containment zones.
2. Is it safe to receive orders?
We will be taking utmost safety measures for our associates and customers, in line with the World Health Organization’s guidance to deliver the product.
3. How can I track my order?
** You can track your order through your Airway Bill (AWB) number (the one in your order confirmation email and SMS) and check your order status.
** You may track your order through the ‘My Orders’ section under your account.
** You may also track the order through our logistics partner’s website using the Airway Bill (AWB) number provided to you once the product has been shipped.
4. Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
** Yes, you can. However, it must be changed before your order is shipped.
** Please note that you will only be able to change the address if our logistics partners can deliver to the revised address.
5. Where can I find order my confirmation details?
** You’ll get an email and SMS once we confirm your order.
** The email will give you details about your order, including the order ID, and information on the product(s) ordered.
