Shipping Policy :
** Shipping is free above Rs. 500 until mentioned otherwise across the country.
** Shipping shall be done in 3-7 days depending on order.
** It may even take more time depending on availability from suppliers and depending on location of customer.
** Please note- Time taken to deliver shipment may exceed estimated time in case of unexpected events.
** All electronic Items are insured against theft and damage during transit.
** Order will be considered executed if premise is locked, receiver not available, wrong address.
** Money if paid will not be refunded.
** Shipping charges shall be Rs. 60 if the product weighs 500g, Rs. 120 if product weighs 1 kg and so on in case of product is price below Rs. 500.
** Shipping charges may vary in different products. Shipping charges shall be mentioned in products.
** Shipping charges may be high in bulky products.
Order and Tracking :
** Once an order is placed, you can Login and checkout order details or the same shall be mailed to you by SMS and Email to the information provided by you.
** Tracking of order shall be done by Login into the portal.
Cancellations :
** In case the customer wants to cancel the order after placing the order, they can contact customer care within 12 hours of placing the order.
** In case the customer has paid for the product and order has not been shipped, Oshopindia shall refund entire amount to Customer’s store credits or back to their account.
** However in case the amount is requested to be transferred to bank account, it may take procedure time of upto 1-21 days depending on bank’s procedure.
** If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer can ask for reverse shipment. The reverse shipment charges shall be borne by customers.
** We shall then refund the same amount once we receive the shipment to their store credits or in form of Voucher or Discount Coupon of the shipping cost borne by customer.
