** Please enter your delivery location, either manually, or give us permission to access your location.
** Then click on “Continue to Log in/Sign up ” button located on the login page of App or Website.
** Enter your mobile number to receive a one-time password (OTP). Enter the OTP, click on “VERIFY NOW” and start shopping.
2. Do I need to login/signup before shopping?
Yes, you need to login/signup before placing the order. However, you can browse and check the products without login/sign up.
3. What is “Browse without Login/Signup”?
** “Browse without Login/Signup” is a feature wherein you can browse through our website/app without having to login/signup.
** Simply click on “Browse without login/signup” on the home screen and continue browsing.
** However, to place an order you are required to Login/Signup.
4. What if I don’t receive an OTP?
** Click on “RESEND OTP” if you have not received the OTP. Please ensure that you have network connectivity.
** If you are still unable to receive the OTP, you may choose to login using your Google or Facebook account. If you are still unable to login, Contact Us
5. Can I login using my Google or Facebook account?
Yes, you can login using your Google or Facebook Account. Click on the “Log in/Sign up ” button located on the home page and then at the bottom of the log in/sign up page, you will see the Facebook or Google tab.
6. What is my delivery location? How do I change it?
** If you have granted location permission in your system settings, we will automatically detect your current location and that will be shown as “My delivery location”
** If you have not granted location permission, you will have to select your delivery location at the home screen.
** You can change your delivery location anytime by clicking on the location shown on your home screen.
Go to “Cart” and click on “Remove” for the product you want to remove. You can remove that product from your cart or save the product for later.
