Two weeks back, I ordered a Shoes and received a tracking number. After one week, I searched the tracking number which shown, order delivered with signature. But I had not got any parcel at that time. Two days later, I got but that Shoes are old. One leg shoe is new and another one is very old. I think that is used Shoe. Very poor.
Very poor quality shoes. Fifteen days back, I have purchased the Men Black Leather shoe with Inv Number 06B0004270805127, dated 29.08.2018, with in one day use, it got cracked and cutted over upper surface of shoe. I reported to customer care also regarding this issued, but very worst & surprising revert from customer care team.
Recently visited brought FL loafers, I having issue with that, I am trying to call the 91 11 2833 2052 but no one answered. Is there any way to contact with FL?
Worst Client satisfactory.
I have been using FL Shoes more than 4-5 years.
Now my current new pair has got issues with quality as in the very 1st two months the sole is getting separated from shoe & the leather part is getting bad to worst.
I have raised tickets in FL system but they can only process the same if you have Bill No / Invoice copy of purchase.
Who keeps it / who would have thought a brand like FL would give such a shocking quality.

I purchased shoes last month it is not leather.. not even 4 hours used it torn up and cracked in middle .. i contact to this number mentionedon box. he is not responding even i mailed all thos pictures.. and no response from mail also.. very worst fraud company.. selling all duplicate products.. and cheating people
