I have ordered phone. My order number is INB/64586. I have not received it yet.
On 07.02.2019, I tried to book a train ticket through Axis Bank. Money was deducted but tickets were not booked and money is not yet reversed. I am unable to contact any people of Paytm mobile solutions. Transaction number is 100001669578225. What is wrong with payment mobile solutions? When will I receive my money back?
Paytm is fraud company. There is no customer care available. Please clarify, the transaction for which my bank account debited ₹3000/- on 13/12/2018 towards the M/s.INB one 97 communication Ltd. I have been not purchased anything during the period, expected your response on priority.
ON 7TH SEPTEMBER, I HAVE PAID MY ELECTRIC BILL RS.860.04 (INCLUDING YOUR CHARGES) IN FAVOUR OF WBSEDCL THROUGH PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD AS OFFERED IN THE WEB SITE OF WBSEDCL. IT WAS REMITTED THROUGH MY NET BANKING ACCOUNT OF AXIS BANK LTD. THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED INSTANTLY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THE WBSEDCL ACCOUNT IS SHOWING "FAILURE" MESSAGE. THE AMOUNT IS STILL NOT REVERSED. HOPE FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION/COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR END.

It is a fraud Chinese company. The customer care is non-existent. There is no way of lodging complaints. Is there anything honest in China?

On dated 25.06.2018, I have deposited Rs.561.80 to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation through NEFT INB/585000616/PAYTM Mobile Solution Pvt Ltd. which is not credited in my account. You are requested to settle the aforesaid a sap. Please do the needful and oblige.
