I want to stop my monthly subscription rs 99 per month. Sudnely stops subscription.

I want to stop my weekly subscription @Rs49/-per month. The reason is because I am being transferred shortly to an area where there is no internet facility.
I,m from New Delhi. On 27 June 2016 someone call(7546944563) me and told that he is from Kaun Banega Karorpati and said that registration for kbc 9 have started and ask my details like(Name,address and email id)after that he send me a registration form and demand for 16500rs through ICICI Bank. And he is also asking for my bank details and and voter id card and said to mail him. So what should I do?
Please tell me as early as possible.I will very thankful for you.
