  • My policy number is 06772686. My policy is matured and I got amount on 2010 onwards. I want to know that whether our crisis cover is on live (or) lapsed?. Please reply.

  • I have 5 different policies of ICICI prulife and wanted the report of present performance and statement. I visited the local branch to collect the same 3 times, but was unable to get the details. I tried to get the same online, and am unable to generate the details. The branch informed me that they would sent it by e-mail and am not receiving them even after waiting for more than 15 days. If the service is this bad to get the details of our own money deposited with you, how can anyone trust your company? Hope you would do the needful at the earliest to solve my problem.

  • MY POLICY NO. 04578686 MATURED ON 21-02-2017 AND ON 20-02-2017 THE FUND VALUE SHOWN AS RS 2.0 LAKH BUT ICICI OFFICIAL INFORMED THAT MY ANNUITY WILL BE CALCULATED ON RS 1.92 LAKHS AND THIS IS NOT CORRECT AND I WILL BE FORCED TO CONTACT IRDA IF THIS IS NOT SETTLED.
