We need to pay tax from Chennai. We wish to travel by your Group Tour Pack PT starting May 1st,2017 & ending may 13th,2017. The problem is when we end PT tour on May 13th,the ES tour pack would have started the tour on May 12 th( one day over ) and it is only on the second day of the tour (May 13 in the afternoon ) we can join the group. That will be fine with us as the first day (MAY 12) will be LEISURE & MAY 13-the day we can join the group for lunch-as we have already covered Warsaw in PT tour and we can skip this 1/2 day part. For the past 4 days I have been in touch with the call operators in Mumbai about this but I am unable to get any commitment or any firm reply. They simply state that they will get in touch with the Operations Team and get back to me. Till date there is no movement taken forward. The problem is I should finalize ES tour fast as only 3 seats are left. If not possible I should have time to look at other opportunities. As there are no contact phone numbers of any one in the Managerial level for customers to contact I am using this portal. Some arrangement should be made on such situations as the call operators refuse the customers access to any one above them. Why so? Kindly help me out in replying as early as possible.
My ticket no is 516170 and tour is starting from 12/12/2016 but till date I did not get VISA and passport return.
